Habitat is one of the most recognized brands of homeware accessories in the world. With a large selection of modern home and kitchen items and elegant furniture, Habitat has become synonymous with contemporary and stylish homes worldwide. It was founded in 1964 by Terence Conran, under the premise of bringing to London a new European way to shop contemporary homeware. The brand has 17 stores in the United Kingdom, as well as an international presence with flagship stores in the main capitals of the world.
We were approached by the team at Habitat to review user experience and to enhance consumer interaction, engagement and conversion. We implemented a new version of the home page, product listing page and product detail page. The changes had an immediate impact on the business, showing an increase in revenue, time on-site and a reduction in bounce rate.
