Le Creuset has continued to use the hand-crafted techniques in the manufacturing of its cookware. This attention to its heritage is also characteristic of the design. Used by leading chefs and keen cooks around the globe, Le Creuset cookware offers outstanding performance time after time.
We were approached by the team at Le Creuset to undertake a user experience review to enhance consumer interaction, engagement and conversion. We implemented a revised home page, product listing page and product detail page. The resultant improvements saw a significant increase in all metrics, which included an increase in revenue, time on-site and a reduction in bounce rate.
